Hotel Fifu in Jaisalmer was an unexpected delight during our short notice stay. The rooftop restaurant offered a breathtaking view of Jaisalmer Fort, enhancing our dining experience. Each morning began with a refreshing breakfast, featuring pancakes and fresh fruit salad, paired with fragrant tea-an ideal way to start the day. The chefs prepared a delightful array of Indian dishes; I particularly enjoyed the local delicacy of Ker Sangri accompanied by the Thar Desert Dal, Bati, and Churma. Service was attentive but unobtrusive, with staff like Jamshed and Bhoma Ram making sure our needs were met, including fresh sheets and coffee each morning. Hotel Fifu combines comfort and culinary innovation, making it a fine choice for food lovers eager to explore the local cuisine and warm hospitality in the heart of Jaisalmer.
